We offer a 6-week programme designed for people who want to make positive changes and would like some support to help this happen. Here are some examples of issues you can bring:
- Improve your wellbeing and reduce stress
- Support with job seeking or return to education
- Managing your finances
- Dealing with challenges and conflicts
Meetings are face to face and based on a 1 hour coaching session per week for 6 weeks. Cost: Free of charge.
