Manningham Project was initially set up in 1973 and has been providing advice services to people living in this area for almost 50 years.

We employ advice staff who are experienced and speak the main community languages, Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla, Sylheti and English. We also have access to a wide range of interpreting services.

Our Story

Since 1973 we have been providing a range of specialist advice in the areas of welfare benefits, housing, health, debt and money management and immigration and citizenship. The Manningham Project is well known and trusted by the local population in Manningham and the surrounding areas of Bradford.

We support people in meeting these challenges with a staff team with over 90 years of advice work experience between them, speaking the main community languages of Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla, Sylheti and English.

We are committed to helping our clients develop the skills and knowledge so that, wherever possible, they are more able to solve issues and challenges for themselves.

Fundraise

We would love you to do some fundraising for Manningham Project – anything from a few pounds to a few hundred pounds – no matter how small the donation, your fundraising would mean a great deal to us. If you think you can help, please call us for a chat about this.
Thank you.

Volunteer

Manningham Project seeks volunteers who can assist with basic form filling with clients and supporting clients with IT. We also welcome volunteers who can help with fundraising, and with publicity for the Self-Reliance Programme. This involves support with social media and / or distributing A5 leaflets in the local area.
